Like we all see in story books or in princess fairy tales the girl always finds their prince charming and lives happily ever after. But is that true, can every girl have their prince?
I asked a question to a few girls and that question was "Do you believe that every girl has a prince charming? If not Why?":
Alexandra - Nope. Soul mates don't exist. (Why so?)
Compatibility is based on experiences, and tolerance similarities and faults that are shared.
Sarah- I think you can find your prince charming
you just have to search a lot.
It's not at a snap of a finger that you will find him, of course you will have to go throw emotional stuff, pain break ups but I think it's because it wasn't the one and I think you learn from the break ups, to know witch kinda of guy u need to find i guess your prince charming.
Angie - Yes, but it's their prince in their own way!
Natalie - I believe that every girl will find a guy that they believe is their prince charming.
As we can see every girls have different perceptions of what a "prince charming" may be, but we can all say, that out there, there is somebody for everybody.

Backstabbing!
We've all done it at least a few times in our life but seriously once you hit grade 12 I think it's time to stop! I can't believe it though that at 17 years old a girl can just say to someone that after a long time of having a super close friendship with a person, she asks herself everyday why she's even friends with such person. I mean when you hear such things behind someone's back would you tell them, especially if that person was also your best friend, I know I would okay well I did. I don't know if I did the right choice or not but backstabbing is stupid and hurts! What would you have done in my shoes?

Halloween Weekend!
My Halloween weekend all started Saturday the 31st at 7:30 am in Oakridge's. When I first got there we ate breakfast afterwards we went to the store to go get candy, chips and dried corn. At around 2h30 pm we started to decorate the house inside and out, set the strobe lights, backlights, fog machines and install the loudspeakers for the music. At 5 pm we stared to get dressed and turn it all on (light, music and atmospheric fog). I was so excited to scare and give out candy to the kids and parents that stopped by! Are house was the scariest of the neighbourhood, car where stopping in front to come and visit are surprisingly scary house. I am certainly looking forward to next year's Halloween, to create a bigger a scarier haunted house.
Here's a video of what our house looked like.
Hope you enjoy!

Halloween Costumes Since 1992.
My first costume on my first night of Halloween, shortly after I was born I dressed up as a Lady Bug till the age of three. Then my grandma made me a pumpkin costume. Afterwards about 4 years later my grandma made me a clown costume. Shortly after I wanted to change to something else but my grandma moved to New Brunswick and no longer make my costumes. Therefore my mom decided to buy me a witch costume. I was stuck wearing that costume till I was in grad 9... In grad 9 I decided to make my own costume, I was a dead ballerina. Then the next year the Lady from "Sweeny todd" Miss Lovett! Finally this year I was a "Doll Serial Killer". Can't wait to make my costumes for next year.

Texting!

I am not afraid to say that I am slightly a text-aholic! Ever since I got my phone, I have been non stop texting my friends and even sometimes I text my parents because it is way cheaper than calling for one and no long distance fees so I can text my friends anywhere in the world! Of course I'm not necessarily a crazy texter because sometimes I do get annoyed and then just don't text or I get someone else to text for me! But texting is very popular now and I love using the shorter versions of the words but not everyone I text does, so when it comes to them, I rarely text them.

Girl's Night!

As I got older I've realized that many more guys have come into my life as either a friend and some as a boyfriend. I must admit the I prefer my guy friends over most of my girl friends but of course not all because I am a girl and I do have my certain group of amazing gal pals of course! It's just that when I'm not around those girls, I hang out with all guys. But considering guys are a bigger thing as we get older, I always make time to hang out with my girls! Sometimes when I hang out with my girls, some guys come along also, so technically that isn't a girls night. Although when it's only me and my girls, all we do is normal girl things. First we always just sit and gossip about random stuff, then most of the time we go tanning plus we always have an adventure getting there because if we don't take the bus then we walk and many times the bus goes out of business so we have to wait longer for the bus. Anyway, after tanning, we either do a little shopping then go to a convenience store or grocery store to buy some junk food, such as, chips, candy(Mmmm...candy), some random and different kind of juice that we've never had before, and also energy drink. Once we do all that we go back to whoever's house and watch one of the thousands of movies my friend Kayle owns then we talk and finally just laugh are bums off. What makes these nights special is that we have so much fun and never stop laughing!!

Nicknames!
Nicknames, definition an invented name for somebody or something, used humorously or affectionately instead of the real name like baby, hun, honey, etc. Sometimes when used humorously though, it can be an inside joke between only a certain amount of people so in which case I find that people shouldn't necessarily use those nicknames unless you're around people who also understand your joke but might not be actually involved in such jokes. So when it's a joke be careful where and when you use it. But nicknames can se a shortening of a name or something that sounds like the person's name! Those are the kind of nicknames I use! Especially for my friends.

Projects

I have a hard time keeping up with school work because I get distracted so easily. I usually wait until the last minute to truly do my work. It's wrong I know but seriously I can't concentrate on one thing for more than 10 minutes. I have so many projects that are late because of this. It's also not only the fact that I can't keep concentrated but also my little brother is such a little annoying kid that my parents are always getting me to the chores, babysit little kids on the block, go to the store for them, watch my little brother when he goes to his friends house. Seriously I rarely have time for school work and then my parents always wonder why I never hand in my stuff on time. I tell them but still they never give me the time of day and now that I'm in grade 12 I stress myself so much more. But I know that I can do it, I just have to work my bum off and start trying my best to keep concentrated. Plus with the help of my friends telling me to keep working, hopefully it will make my brain start focusing on no more than one thing!

Winner Winner Turkey Dinner!
This weekend like you all know was Thanksgiving. I spent the weekend at my boyfriend's house, which they celebrated Turkey day at his cousin's place on Sunday evening. The way they celebrate Thanksgiving is different than the way I celebrate it at home; there was a Italian twist! because they started the feast by eating pasta. Then of course the famous and delicious turkey with stuffing, and
then followed the Italian pastries with the famous Italian espresso. This is a version of thanksgiving I could get used to!
